Who is responsible for the airfare for the 2013 Big O Tires Convention?

Each vendor attending the 2013 Big O Tires Convention will be responsible for his or her own airfare.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Each vendor participating in the 2013 Big O Tires Convention will be responsible for his or her own ground transportation to and from the airport. The Sheraton does not provide airport shuttle service from the airport.

Who is responsible for the room, tax and incidentals at the Sheraton?

Each vendor attending the 2013 Big O Tires Convention will be responsible for his or her own hotel accommodations at the Sheraton. The negotiated room rate is $236.73 per night (including taxes) for the nights of April 22 – 25, 2013. All hotel arrangements will be made by Jornee and will be made according to the information you provide on the registration form. Early arrivals and late departures, other than the program dates of April 22 – 25, 2013, are based on space and availability.

If I check out of the hotel prior to my confirmed departure date, is there a penalty?

Yes, an early departure fee of $75.00 will apply if you checkout prior to the confirmed checkout date. If you change the date upon arrival, there will be no penalty. The front office agent must confirm and initial departure date.

How do I send my boxes/materials to the tradeshow?

Use a common carrier of your choice (FedEx or UPS).

How early can I send my boxes/materials to the tradeshow?

GES will accept crated, boxed or skidded material between March 20, 2013 — April 17, 2013 (please see address information below). Materials arriving after April 17, 2013, will be received at the warehouse with an additional "after deadline" charge.

When will I receive my booth number?

Your booth number will be emailed to you approximately three weeks prior to the trade show event.

What booth equipment is provided?

Each booth will be set with 8’ high black drape, 36” high black side dividers, (1) 6’ draped table, (2) side chairs, (1) waste basket, and (1) one-line identification sign.

Shipments will be accepted beginning at 8:00 AM on Monday, April 22, 2013 – shipments arriving earlier may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. All items not ordered through the official show vendors may be subject to material handling charges and are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Terms & Conditions for Exhibits & Displays:

The use of fog, haze and/or smoke effect devices require prior approval and may be prohibited in some areas of the Phoenix Convention Center.

Balloons and Adhesives No helium filled balloons or adhesive backed stickers may be given out by exhibitors. Food & Beverage Any food or beverage dispensed or given away at booths must be supplied and prepared by Aventura Catering, the exclusive food and beverage provider for the Phoenix Convention Center.
